Halloween 2023 will fall on what scientists and epidemiologists are calling the Zombie Moon. The Kaohsiung Center for Zombie Research predicts exposure to the Full Moon on or about October 28th may cause residents to develop an unquenchable hunger for human brains. Residents unfortunate enough to be exposed will be herded onto a large comfortable boat at Hsinguang Pier and shipped to Cijin Island, where they will remain in quarantine at Cijin Sunset Bar until the effects wear off after midnight.
高雄市傳染疾病控制中心預計在10月28日將會有滿月食腦病毒爆發。接近新光碼頭請十二萬分小心，因為所有不幸受病毒感染的市民將會由新光碼頭的遊艇運送至旗津沙灘的喪屍專屬派對進行隔離，直到度過午夜，病毒不再具有傳染力為止。
Quarantined Zombies will drink beer and brain flavored cocktails on the boat, and make their way down the old street at towards Cijin Sunset Bar in the hopes that the soothing sounds of DJs Ghoulamu, P-Lala & Niki Nu will put them into a trance-like state and reduce their urges to consume human brains.
被隔離的喪屍將在船上暢飲啤酒與腦漿口味調酒，之後沿著旗津老街走進旗津沙灘吧。勇敢的 DJ Ghoulamu、高大的P-Lala與美豔女巫Niki Nu會用音樂讓喪屍陷入迷幻狀態，藉此減少這些食腦怪物吞噬人腦的慾望。
